We hope that you will love your gadgets so much that you won't want to return them! But in the rare case that you receive a broken or defective product, please don't panic, you can start a return by reaching out to us on our Contact page and we will respond as quickly as possible, normally within less than 24 hours.
If your gadget is broken or defective- Please contact us so we can send you a replacement. Simple as that.
If you changed your mind about your purchase- Don't worry, we've all had buyer's remorse at some point. If you placed an order by mistake, please contact us within 24 hours of making the purchase so that we can try to cancel the shipment from our manufacturers (this is not guaranteed). If you received your product and simply don't want it, please contact us and we will try to make the return process as easy as possible for you. Normally we will ask you to mail back your product (after contacting us), and we will issue a refund within 24 hours of receiving your product.
Please note that many of the products on this site are shipped from our manufacturers in China, so please have that in mind when you purchase. Unfortunately, while your order is in transit we are unable to issue you a return. You will need to wait until you receive your order to start a return with us. At that point we will be happy to help you through a quick and easy return process.
